One Call Alert has three monitoring plans starting at $19.95 per month for the In-Home Wireless system, making this one of the most affordable medical alert systems on the market today. The Mobile On-The-Go system starts at $32.95 per month, while the Complete Protection system, which includes an in-home and mobile help button, starts at $36.95 per month.

Customers can choose between monthly, quarterly and annual billing, and there are no activation fees, contracts or cancellation penalties.
